I have never once left my appointments with Kelly feeling anything other than amazing. The way she makes sure that you’re happy with the outcome before finishing up with the appointment is just so rare. She has the most beautiful, infectious personality that makes you feel so comfortable and enjoy your pampering that little bit more as well as allowing you to enjoy your time of having a good laugh and gossip while being pampered. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my brows, lashes or nails. Her talent, care and attention to detail is nothing but outstanding.

I’ve been going to the Hair Room for my hair with Jess for years and every single time I go, whether I know what I’m wanting or if we end up combining something that I’ve got in my head she always nails it, and I’m always left with exactly what I had in my mind and more, leaving feeling so confident & somehow always manages to exceed my expectations. To have her do your hair really is worth every penny, I would never go anywhere else but here, and I trust her with my hair 110%. Her talent is nothing short of remarkable and her personality and sense of humour makes the whole experience

Always worth 5☆☆☆☆☆ Amazing quality. My nails by Kelly always last me till I have my new ones around 4 to 5 weeks. They look amazing and we have so much choice... colours....designs and finish etc. Would not go anywhere else

Her nails are always amazing, even when you have short nails. 😁 She is particular on detail and will try every design you give her. 💅They always come out exactly as you ask. With every beauty treatment she asks plenty of questions to ensure your treatment is how you would like. She makes sure you leave happy every time. ❤️Would definitely recommend. Lashes looked amazing for several weeks after and the after care provided help keep lashes and brows in amazing condition. Facials are very relaxing and are a perfect little self treat.
