Pretty nails in Blackfen are always so friendly and welcoming, they always do my nails so beautifully, and smash every design I show them that I want on my nails. They are so knowledgeable and know what products are best to use to get the look I’m after. I cannot rate them highly enough! I don’t go any where else. It’s always best to book in online or book through Anna to get the right appointment time for what you’re after, specially if you’re after a design that takes time as they get very busy! What a gem of a salon! A lovely welcome when I arrived, I was offered a drink and asked to take a seat whilst Cassie finished with her client. I was booked in for a nail appointment (BIAB) and Cassie was lovely, really chatty and Jade and Addie were also very nice. Some salons can feel a bit clicky but at Macy’s I didn’t get this feeling at all. Lovely place I will continue to visit to have my nails done, I already go regularly and see Addie for my lashes and brows. Excellent service by all the technicians.
