Honestly couldn't have had a better experience. We booked the prom package for my daughter's prom and it was brilliant. Everyone was so welcoming and chatty with my daughter (who was incredibly nervous). You all asked about her dress, her theme and overall look. Nails were beautiful (lady was so welcoming/ attentive), hair was beautifully curled and put up (the joking and general humour/plus song choice really made a difference), make up was more natural but still beautiful (you listened to her requests and worked with it). You all added a lovely touch of glamour and sparkle to her experience

In Love with My New Hair! I had an amazing experience with Laura at The Glam Factory! They nailed both my cut and colour. The consultation was spot on, and the results are exactly what I wanted. My hair feels healthier than ever, and I’m loving the new look! The salon is super welcoming, and the staff are so friendly. She is professional, not only does she want to provide you with your nice nails and designs but also wants to give your nails the correct care they need to keep them healthy and look after them.
