My little boy has never been happy to get his hair cut and we frequently had tears, so we changed and booked in to see Ellie a few months back. She always makes him feel so comfortable and does all she can to settle him. I was so pleased today when we came to see Ellie, we had no tears at all and he happily let her cut his hair. Such progress! His hair cut was fab too. Ellie is fab, we will be back soon.

Ellie was absolutely amazing. My little boy didn’t want to sit still but instead play with the toys. Ellie was so accommodating to him and did an amazing job at cutting his hair! Thank you Ellie! It looks amazing! Will definitely be back!

As always great experience. My son was very anxious about getting a haircut but he was happy that he was making decisions on his haircut during the appointment . We are all happy with the result and will come back.

Absolutely fabulous service, got exactly what I wanted and I am extremely happy. I have anxiety getting my hair cut and Sarah was brilliant with me. Thank you so much ❤️

Very happy with my hair and the service I was given. I love my new colour, which was two colours mixed together, to make it just right for me. I went in for a colour correction, cut and finish. Casey took the time to go through the colour swatches with me, as I was hesitant over exactly which shade of red to choose. The two chosen shades were perfect, as I wanted to avoid ginger, still wanted a bright red but with cool tones to avoid any orange and for it not to be an extreme shade. My cut and finish emphasised my wavy ends, after a relaxing head massage. Casey gave excellent customer service.
