Always a great experience here. She has a friendly relaxed personality but is also professional and definitely knows her stuff. I have now taken a friend here and referred another friend for eyebrow work. She has managed to fix a boj-job done by some shoddy job done by someone else (shop in Walsall) so am very grateful.

I go there for wax, lips, eyelashes and eyebrows and she is Grrrreat! 2 of us had our eyebrows ruined by Chelsea's Beauty in Walsall and the damage was severe so Jess is now fixing that for us but it is a challenge, yet she pulled it off so well and has us looking normal again. She is professional, transparent, and honest, rather than saying yes to anything to grab your money.

Jess does an amazing job on my lashes. I’ll always go to her! My lash extensions are fab!

Jess went out of her way to let me see her as I have a photo shoot tomorrow and needed to check the lashes were all in good health. Even with her busy day she still got me in - cannot thank her enough!

Lovely first experience. Eye lashes were a surprise but a good one did not realize that you could have so many eyelashes and they feel silky smooth.
