Every single staff at Pinsela Aesthetic were polite, professional and fully trained. Had the HIFU and Super Hydrating Technology Facial. The wonderful staff guided me and explained every step during the process. Not once was I left in the dark. My skin felt and looked wonderful when I left. Can't wait to see the full results in the months ahead. Their prices were so much lower than everywhere else. I will definitely recommend and use this salon. Only wish I lived in Bali so I was able to use them more frequently. Thank You Ladies ... My skin thanks you very much. Keep up the great work !

Overall good experience. I’ve had laser before elsewhere and I was a little confused by the therapist’s technique which is to very very quickly, randomly and forcefully move the machine in all directions around the area. Doesn’t seem like precision can be achieved that way. I had to ask for her to go back and focus on the ankle area as it had been left out. She also didn’t ask at all about what shape I wanted for bikini and started shaving without telling me - giving me completely the wrong shape and removing way more hair than I intended to.

Had a great visit from start to finish. Have gotten Botox and fillers in the U.S. before but this experience was by far the best I have ever had. First and foremost they picked me up and dropped me off at my villa free of charge! I knew I wanted Botox but also spoke with Dr. Sienatra regarding where I needed fillers. Dr. Sienatra was extremely knowledgeable and very honest about what I needed and she provided me pricing on the spot. Numbing cream on my entire face and lips to avoid any pain as well as ice on the area right before the injection, completely painless! Results look amazing!
