Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Angela is amazing she makes you feel at ease and is amazing at what she does. She will talk you through every step of what she is doing and always makes sure you are ok . Won’t use no one else for my facial treatments now !

Kathy is so warm and gentle, this really flows well into her practices. I had an Indian head massage and back, neck & shoulder massage. Both the experience and environment were so calming and relaxing. Kathy is truly amazing!

Got my baseline calorie expenditure measured with Adam and genuinely learned a lot about what my needs are, and why calorie restriction alone may not be the way to lose weight if it takes me below the baseline. We worked out that with some tweaks to my activity levels, I could indeed cut calories while remaining above my baseline, and why this would be better. He took the time to go through everything and was very thorough. Worth the travel and the fee. Great help Adam, thank you!

What a wonderful place this is. If I lived nearer, I would come here all the time. During my facial, Martine used state of the art equipment and conducted the treatment with care, patience and precision. I feel thoroughly relaxed. Highly recommend!

M20 health was a perfect solution in finding out my resting metabolic rate so i can plan my meals/trainig program to efficiently see results in my weight loss journey . Adam was very helpful on the day and prior to the appointment. Adam explained how the test would work and then sat down after with me to discuss the results and talk about why i wanted the test and what i can do to optimise results, and sent me the results via email. Overall i was very pleased with the expiernce and i am planning to go back to M20 health or test myself again and see if my results have improved.

Always recomending Kathy and the sessions she offers and is so good at!! Neglected myself for a while by not going to reiki or meditation with Kathy.... and in doing so have burnt out both mentally & physically. Kathy fit me in for reiki at short notice and on my arrival was greated with the biggest smile & welcome, Kathy listened to me vent and advised on other alternative therapies to perhaps try. The reiki......well.....so relaxing and felt like a weight had been lifted.

Super treatment, Holly is brilliant and a real credit to the salon ,very professional, I would definitely recommend Eden salon and Holly in particular.

The Cryotherapy was a really fun experience. I came out with my muscles feeling fantastic and plenty of mental clarity too! Dr Cal was great at talking me through the process as a first timer, which was important when the temperature dropped! 😶‍🌫️

Great first appointment with Ryan! He talked me through all my rehab, and now I feel much more confident going into it.

Jolene was absolutely lovely and does beautiful makeup. She made my daughter feel very ease and she cant wait for another reason to be back gettin her makeup done again ❤️

I have always wanted to understand my cardiovascular efficiency having had a consistent exercise regime for the last 30 years.A lot of the exercises I undertake are aerobic. By undertaking a VO2 max measurement at M20 Health and Performance i have a profound understanding of my cardiovascular state. I am now in my 60s and Adam and team were very professional in explaining the test and explanation of measurements and graphs. I know feel a great understanding about my cardiovascular state and to undertake the next phase of training.Thanks
