She made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the appointment, everything was extremely clean and sterile and the environment was super cosy and warm. This was my first visit to Poly Lashes and I couldn’t be happier! Victoria did my eyelash lift and eyebrows, and they both turned out amazing. No one has ever managed to get my brows so perfect before, they’re usually quite awkward to shape, but she nailed it. My lashes and brows look incredible, and I finally feel like I’ve found the right person. Thank you, Victoria, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was greeted by the Wonderful Farah. ever so friendly and welcoming , Met the lovely Nurse Mina who gave me good advice and a amazing Signature facial, fully relaxed at this point. Shortly after met the wonderful Dr Khurram ,such a pleasant,calm person .Dr Khurram made me feel totally at ease during my first Botox session, i was ever so comfortable during the treatment, Well done Knightsbridge team. can’t wait to see you guys again! :)

Maya was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked through the door I knew she was going to look after me. She talked me through my options and showed me lots of pictures for me to understand the process better. She is the most meticulous person and a perfectionist, I knew she was going to do a great job with my brows and I was never worried. Her studio is beautiful and she has a great energy! I couldn’t recommend anyone more to do your brows. She made sure the process was comfortable and pain free, and I am super happy with the result!
