The hair treatment really made my hair more alive. I appreciate the after treatment hair advice from Anushi. It was u fortunate that I lost my earring there but it was an accident. Overall, I think the price of the treatment is reasonable for the outcome.

Had a great experience with Shilpi today. She was friendly and super quick with great results. I could see they were busy, but she managed to keep my appointment on time (actually took me in a bit earlier), and made sure to prioritise my booking before the walk in appointments. I saw Jordan, and she was absolutely amazing! She made the whole experience on the edge of painless, even though I haven't gone waxing in a good year or two, and she was gentle and kind and just an ultimately soothing presence. 100/10 I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only was she good at her job, but she was kind and easy to talk to, and kept me distracted from the pain with good conversation
