Mandeep is a real professional at her work. Provides clear information about the treatment (both prior to and during the session), explains why something does or doesn't suit your skin. Sophie was amazing, and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. She really listened to what I wanted and understood my vision, even though it had been over a year since my last balayage. Despite it being a very busy day, I felt well cared for and never rushed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a beautiful blonde balayage.

Sadaf always ensures your visit is a positive experience with great results. I have botox approximately twice a year, good results and long lasting. My daughter has microneedling. Probably twice a year too. Her skin looks amazing. She started with this procedure as she had slight acne scarring. Not anymore, its now not visible at all. Thank you Sadaf. Meanwhile the atmosphere at Gracie B is always welcoming, relaxed and professional. I’ve tried a few different places in west Bridgford but this is my favourite.

Ive been seeing Sadaf for a couple of years, I used to travel nearly an hour to see her and now I’m happy that she is a bit closer to me. Sadaf is really professional and makes you feel totally at ease. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Temera is always amazing, she’s so lovely and incredible at her job. She is the first hair dresser I’ve trusted in years I’m really pleased with her work. Gracie B’s is always so clean and well looked after and all staff and so friendly.

Mandeep is simply amazing. I had a back and shoulder massage followed by a facial. The best treatments I’ve had in years. Professional, welcoming and warm-Mandeep puts you at ease from the moment you meet her. I am hesitant in writing this review as I don’t want to share her but her talent needs to be exposed.

I am delighted with my extensions. It’s the first time I’ve ever had them. Michelle showed me how to look after them and wear them comfortably. They make my hair thicker and they are a perfect colour for the highlights I have. Thanks Michelle!

I had an amazing experience here! Tamiera did a fantastic job dyeing and cutting my hair – she really listened to what I wanted and the result was perfect. My hair feels so healthy and looks so good. Next Sadaf did my hair extensions and she was absolutely lovely (she took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout letting me know all the hair care i need and just the overall tips and tricks).
