She is an absolute professional, had great music on, gave me a stress ball and a cute lil aftercare kit too! Id honestly give more than 5 stars if I could.

I was really happy with my gel removal, normally some nail salons leave your nails looking worse than before you put polish or gel on. Vera aims to use high quality products which is much appreciated. Be sure to ring the number when you get to the building/gate in question.

Highly professional experience. Calming as the process was explained clearly, completed in a calm meticulous manner. Piercing was well cleaned afterwards, with clear aftercare instructions given.

As someone brand new to the beauty-treatment world, Annette made me feel so genuinely cared for from the moment I walked in. I had a million questions about the services I wanted to book, and she answered every single one with so much patience, kindness, and detail. I ended up getting the platinum pedicure and… honestly? Incredible. Ridiculously relaxing. Makes me really contemplate why I haven’t been doing this sooner. If you’re on the fence at all.. just do it. The membership is unreal value, and Annette (and her gorgeous salon) is exactly the level of self-pampering you need and deserve.

Honey was amazing, I was so so nervous to attend due to have previous bad experience with other beauticians. She made me feel So comfortable, she was chatty,sweet and lovely. And I couldn’t have rated the service any higher. She did a fab job with my lips, she did an amazing job with my nose piercing. She treated me with so much kindness and respect. She also gave me an aftercare package with some candy, self care stuff, and anrnicw gel which I thought was super thoughtful of her. Will be coming back again for sure. 11/10 service. 04/10 pain

I particularly loved the massage, included within today's facial! Soft, dextrous hands... I could literally feel the products working. Booking a batch of 6 treatments has helped me focus on deeper skin maintenance. Saiqa always gives good advice, along with product recommendations and really knows her stuff. Defo recommend!
