Amazing service and friendly staff. Absolutely love Jiggy, she always makes me feel so comfortable and her waxes (even the bikini line) are virtually pain free. Been coming here for years for a reason.

I have been going to Cazelle for many years, mainly for waxing, eyebrow threading and mani/pedis. All the staff are friendly and professional and know their customers well. Always happy with the treatments and service.

My waxing appointment with Leigh was brilliant. She was pleasant, professional and her technique was amazing; it’s the least painful wax I’ve ever had! They also have great Covid safety measures in the salon. They asked me to sanitise my hands as soon as I got there and everyone wears masks. I thoroughly recommend this place.

the girls there are really excellent at their job but the salon is showing signs of wear and tear - PLEASE replace the chairs (the springs hurt my bottom!) and the toilet could do with replacing with something more in keeping with the salon (its a bit like a store room with a loo in the corner!)

The team at Cazelle are excellent! Neha, Jiggy, Carolyn and Ekta do a fab job. They even did my 3 year old daughter’s nails which was so kind of them.

I have been coming here for years these ladies are always so caring professional & make every visit comfortable even if it is for waxing .

A very warm welcome as normal. Making you feel like a valued customer. Great service. Very happy with my visit. Thank you ☺️
