Great find for a newcomer to London. Convenient location offering wide variety of services with experienced and friendly staff. Have had some wonderful facials and brow/ lash treatments here with Sophia and Ibtissam. The clinic is very tidy and hygienic and these give me added trust in the place.

I’ve been going to Inara at The Needle Room for years for both piercings and filler, and she’s the only one I trust with my face. She’s precise, gentle, and always listens to what I want. I leave every appointment feeling taken care of. Whether it’s a piercing or a tweak, Inara always gets it right. Wouldn’t let anyone else touch my face — she’s truly the best!
