The staff are so professional. I love coming here! I have been one of Annette clients for over 3 years and I cannot recommend her enough! Dimiano is supper good! He just did the earlobes piercing for my Daughter. He is really patient and professional. Definitely we will visit the studio again if we need more holes.

I only came in to this lovely little shop to wait with my friend as she got a new piercing, but after seeing how lovely and invested Damiano was, I ended up getting my first ever piercings too (having never been interested in getting my ears pierced). It was such a great experience from start to finish, Damiano was so friendly and clearly loves what he does. He is very professional and I felt 100% confident. The jewellery he sells is beautiful and wonderful quality. So glad I walked in!

I had such a good experience today getting my lower lip and nose pierced at the same time. I got a full consultation around what would look good aesthetically, and even very thorough advice on potential future piercings I’m considering. From booking an appointment, all the way through my experience, Jayliee was so nice. The staff are friendly, polite and experienced. I was a little earlier than my appointment, but didn't wait too long, and while I waited the hospitality from staff was nice. I showed a picture to the guy who cut my hair, and he delivered a great cut. I can not complain, I'm very happy 😊 Will definitely be returning in time. ☆☆☆☆☆

This is my second time at Jayliee and both times I have been super impressed. Ugur takes control and knows exactly what colour and cut to give me. He has gained my trust and my custom. I have always left feeling amazing and unlike other hairdressers he actually listens to my hair concerns. I would highly recommend for all hair treatments whether it’s a colour, cut, etc. He also cut my fussy 12yr old daughter’s hair and she was so happy with the style he gave her. Thank you Ugur.
