Lorna as always was fantastic. I was never previously committed to a hairdresser, but after finding Lorna I've stuck with her for years now and couldn't go anywhere else. Talented hairdresser in a wonderfully friendly salon, I wouldn't go anywhere else now for any of my treatments. Highly recommend.

This is my second trip to The One Lounge. I was there earlier on in the week for the April special and decided to book in the Bespoke Body Contouring package. Today was my first session of this and really looking forward to seeing the final results (7 more sessions to go!). Cheryl is absolutely lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. Had my first visit today and I feel very good about it. Rhyannon is very sweet and chatty, which I appreciated a lot since we hadn’t met before, it made things feel very comfortable very quickly! Zero discomfort during my piercing changes, very gentle. Would definitely visit Rhyannon again!<3

I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder and neck and Gillian worker her magic with a deep tissue massage! What a difference it’s made, back again in 2 weeks for more of the same. Gillian will ensure the treatment is right for you targeting any troublesome areas. Been going to The One Lounge for years and all the girls are lovely as is the salon. Highly recommend for any treatment at all!

Lovely! Love my new ear piercings!!

Had a great experience getting a piercing with Rhyannon. Chose the Dealer's Choice, so she suggested which ear piercing i should get, and she was more than willing when I asked about getting a third one done in the session. She was also really reassuring about the process and what she was doing, which helped me feel less nervous about the piercing. Would highly recommend her, and the studio in general, to others.

Was amazing, just kept talking to me to distract from the fear and pain. 1000/10 recommend, never felt so comfortable in a tattoo/piercing place

A lovely piercing experience in a well decorated shop setting. From start to finish Rhyannon was welcoming, professional and high skilled. I would return and recommend her to anyone. Also I felt the thorough legal and medical consent form mirrored the attention to detail and high standards the certificated service offers. All reassuring.
