I had my 2nd ear lobes pierced here and the experience was lovely- sounds weird saying that about getting pierced but the environment is comforting and the staff are very lovely (I believe my piercer was called Emily and was extremely nice!) and talk you through everything and answered all my questions. Also cheaper than other places I’ve had piercings done but still high quality! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get a piercing!

I was quite nervous as I hadn’t had many piercings before and decided to try the 3 for 2 deal getting my second lobes done and a helix. The lady who did my piercings was very informative and we had a good conversation before, during and after my piercings which was nice 😊 I decided to buy the after care spray and was also given an aftercare leaflet to take with me. 10 out of 10 as a new experience I’m thoroughly pleased with my new piercings and the experience overall was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve had a few piercings done at Caerphilly branch and they have always been welcoming, helpful and easy to talk to. Today I Popped into the branch to have a jewellery change, they were so helpful with this. I have been recovering from an operation I had 8 weeks ago and Emily was so welcoming to see me and as always was asking how I was doing with my recovery, this meant a lot as the girls here at empress always take the time to get to know you and ask you how you are doing. Emily especially always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Terrific experience at Empress today, our booking was for a group of three all getting ear lobe/cartilage piercings, all with varying levels of experience with piercings. Emily did a wonderful job reassuring the most nervous of us, explained everything clearly including a good range of jewellery options, and was quick, efficient and professional in piercing. Just had my second appointment with Emily, as before, Emily has a manner which put me at ease straight away. She spent time talking through the placement of my piercing, and was honest with me when she thought my first choice of jewellery wouldn’t work with my anatomy, which is a testament of her knowledge and experience. Emily talked me through the whole experience and explains the aftercare thoroughly, answering any questions I had. Looking forward to seeing Emily again in the near future for my next piercing!

The lovely ladies at Empress Piercing were brilliant with my little princess’ first ear piercing. The service provided was absolutely above & beyond.

Once again, friendly and excellent service downsizing from the jewellery that was used to pierce my ears here three months ago. During that time my ears have healed brilliantly with no trouble at all. From now on I wouldn't go anywhere else for piercings. Recommend 100%

Went in for a question came out with 2 helix piercings. Was shown all earrings, gave amazing advise on stacking, made me feel super comfortable
