Gemma was amazing with my daughter when piercing her ears. She spent time with her making her feel at ease. She took so much time making sure me and my daughter and Gemma was happy with the position of the earrings. Such amazing service and after care too.

Had my second appointment with Gemma today for my eyebrows. As always Gemma made me feel very welcome. Gemma did an excellent job on my eyebrows and I would highly recommend her.
