the woman who did my piercing had good verbal communication and showed she was educated on the type of piercing i got, the service itself was very quick and only hurt for a second. I was also given an after care solution to keep my piercing clean .

5 Stars — Absolutely Delighted! I usually loathe getting my hair done, but today's experience completely changed that! My lovely hairdresser not only made me feel comfortable but also had me walking out feeling like a million bucks. For the first time in ages, I actually caught myself sneaking a few extra glances in the mirror — which says it all! Even my husband noticed (now, that's saying something!). Thank you for the fantastic cut and the genuine care. I’ll definitely be back!
