This was my first time visiting Lucks Beautiful but I was not disappointed. Michelle was lovely and all the staff made me feel welcome. The latte with a bailey shot was lovely too. I love my hair...Michelle cut it exactly as I described. I can't wait for my next appointment in January 2026. I will definitely recommend Lucks Beautiful to my friends and family.

We have had the most amazing Chis-tingle pamper at The Northern Beauty house. We began with a lovely jasmine tea in our cosy robes & then a luxury leg and foot scrub and massage. Was then wrapped up on the beds with heated blankets all toasty & warm & had the most amazing facial including arms, neck & upper body massage. And then to top it off we turned over for shoulder and neck massage including the most tingling relaxing head massage. My mum was so impressed by Jade and could feel every sensation. After we was treated to a lovely hot chocolate.So lovely, professional and down to earth 🤍

I love going to Jenny salon. The tea is warming, I love her conversation and I always leave feeling more confident than when I walked in. One of few hairdressers I've visited, where I am not fishing for something positive to say about the style. Please support her business. You won't regret it.

Chelsea has magic in her hands. I’m so in love with my hair! she makes you feel comfortable and explains the process throughly and personally one of the best hairdressers I’ve ever had. Deffo recommend her for colouring and blow drying your hair and she makes everything look so beautiful 🤍❤️

I’ve been coming to Chelsea for as long as I can remember. And every time she’s done my hair, whether it’s a cut, colour or one of her amazing blow drys, I feel like an absolute goddess! She goes above and beyond, and takes her time to create the perfect look for you. And today she made me look a Greek goddess!! Love my new hair as always Chelsea. 10 STARS!

Great service, love my colour, cut and blow dry.

Really nice relaxed atmosphere. Millie will twll me what she's doing at each stage and the end result is always amazing.

Benetta was brilliant, a professional! Finished my knotless braids so quickly. They look really good.The salon is clean, the conversation great and the music was banging. Couldn’t ask for more.

It was only my 3 years old’s second hair cut (the first wasn’t with Jenny) and she is petrified of water on her face! But Jenny was so lovely and made my daughter feel safe and really went out of her way to feel comfortable. My daughters hair was dry, tangled and damaged. When we walked out of the salon, her hair was bouncing, her beautiful curls shining and defined. Thank you so much.

Emma is lovely and brilliant with hair. Her cabin has the most amazing views and it’s so peaceful with the birds tweeting and the wind blowing through the trees as you have your hair done. Much more relaxing that a noisy salon.

She talked through every step as she was doing my hair, She was very kind and polite and welcoming first time having sewn in extentions. Was a really good experience :) i will be coming back

Since having my hair done by Jenny, I have noticed that the condition of my hair and scalp have improved massively, I no longer have the dry itchy flaky scalp that I had when I first came to her 2 years ago. I can see that I am now able to retain my hair length as there is less breakage and by working alongside Jenny and adhering to the aftercare that she provides I am seeing the benefits of having healthy hair.
