Initially it was a little confusing 🤣 I was booked in, and I was assumed to be another client (who has the same name) so I was “washed” when needed to be “dry” first my colour! It was quiet funny tbh, what are the chances 🥰 After the confusion the lady who was supposed to do my hair (after numerous apologies about her colleagues wee mistake) 😋 was beyond brilliant. The hairdresser who did the cut and colour consultation was very good. The end result looked EXACTLY like the pictures I showed her. And, I got what I asked for and delighted with my appointment and my final results !
