I’ve just had my second appointment with Lyndsey. And wow wow wow! She’s helped me so much, the appointments are very informative and Lyndsey gives you tricks and tips on how to help with my ongoing problem when I’m at home. I come home feeling fresh and rejuvenated after our sessions. Can’t recommend her enough!

Lyndsey was recommended to me through my personal trainer. i initially went for help with my posture and since then been going with specific injuries. As i am training for specific sporting events Lyndsey's treatments and advice on training and lifestle choices have kept me on track with my and allowed me to continue building my fitness and my performance levels are improving. I will continue with sports massages on a regular bais as part of my training regime and cannot recomend Lyndsey highly enough!!!

Lyndsay is amazing at what she does, very professional and talks you through everything. Went in with a very painful back neck and shoulders that had built up over years and after the first session my muscle pain had more of less gone. Had my second session yesterday and it’s the best it’s ever been and I feel amazing. Thank you so much x

After overdoing things in the gym in recent weeks i tweaked my back & could barely walk when i woke up for work! having used this service before i knew that Lynz would be able to get me back mobile & offer after care advice..... came away with almost full mobility with a plan to further aid my recovery! Lyndsay was extremely warm and welcoming. She took time to understand the root cause of my issues and during the initial assessment explained what she was seeing and how we were going to work on each area. I came away from my first appointment feeling very positive, confident and clear on what I need to do next.

Very thorough

Lyndsey is so knowledgeable! She asked extensive questions to build up a complete picture of my complaint. She then went on to give me an explanation of what was causing my pain before giving me an invigorating massage. Although very firm and made me squirm at times I could feel a difference in my muscles instantly. The next morning my legs and hip joints felt so much looser! Thank you Lyndsey

I have been seeing Lyndsay for a once a month MOT for a few years now and would highly recommend her. I am a very active person, so seeing Lyndsay helps me reduce my chances of injuries and keep my body well maintained 👍🏽👌🏾

Lindsay worked absolute magic on my legs, hips, lower and upper back and shoulders. My lower legs are often inflamed and tired because of collapsed arches. The sports massage relieved tension and referred pain through to my hip. She then worked on my back and released my shoulder muscles which had been like bricks. Can’t recommend Lyndsay’s sports massage enough. If your body is in a bad way, she can help it to mend!

Lindsay is awesome, not only is the deep tissue massage incredible and felt a ridiculous amount better after just one session, the amount of information I learned surrounding my injury and how to help myself to fix it is unreal. Iv had 2 treatments for it and booked in for a third, but she’s too honest for her own good, said I could wait to book in to see how I feel, and when I thought to maybe book in 2 weeks she’s said 4 would be okay, my point here is it’s not about making money, it would be very easy for her to not do such an amazing job and keep me going every 2 weeks. Highly recommend!

Lynsey listens and explains everything so clearly. Great ideas for exercises at home too. Massage was painful but much needed!!
