Andy did an amazing skin peel for me. The difference was instant and something I had been cautious to undertake as I wanted a skilled professional to deliver the service and Andy was both of these. I have suffered with acne rosacea for many years, however after my skin peel my pours are less visible, my active acne has reduced and my rosacea has begun to calm down after two treatments! I’m delighted with the wonderful service and aftercare advice I have been provided with as well as a first class service.

Helena was excellent. She took the time to get a history of past injuries and worked around them, I left feeling better and will definitely be seeking follow up sessions.

Fiona is fantastic, she has helped me come back from injury much stronger and with techniques on managing things going forward. She has helped structure my training to help with my long term running goals and has added progressions in as my strength has improved.

As always Fiona squeezed me in at last minute and has made my aches and pains go away!

This young lady is so professional, knowledgeable and approachable. She explains everything she is doing and why and then sends an exercise plan to help mobility. I intend to have a monthly visit with her, to keep myself as mobile as possible in my old age😀!
