Great advice and treatment. Ryan treats the whole patient. Discussing mental health and resilience techniques to work alongside the physical rehab and work with a sports injury. My daughter is a keen sportswoman and Ryan has already made her feel more in control of her journey back to fitness. Top class professional as always. Wouldn’t take my family anywhere else.

Adam is great! He’s addressed the route of my recurring injury and we’ve developed a program to run alongside my current training schedule to prevent any further discomfort. I’m feeling miles better even in the early stages.

I’ve been training with Adam for about four months now, and as a complete beginner, I couldn’t have asked for a better personal trainer. Adam is incredibly patient and takes the time to guide me through the whole process, helping me become familiar with all the equipment and exercises. I’m usually quite nervous about putting myself in a new environment, especially a gym full of machines and strangers, and at first it was difficult for me to get started. But Adam always supported me and carefully walked me through everything step by step, which really helped build my confidence.

Had my consultation with Adam and I’ve just signed up for personal training. I couldn’t be more excited to get started. From the first chat, Adam made me feel totally comfortable and understood. He’s clearly passionate, professional, and genuinely cares about helping people feel stronger and more confident. I already feel like I’m in safe hands. The fact that it’s such an inclusive and welcoming space is a big bonus too. Can’t wait to see the progress!

Chloe is brilliant. She listens to what you tell her and works out the best way to start tackling it. She is kind and honest and a pleasure to speak to. The treatment itself really works. It is painful if you have knots and tightness, but if you're a regular sports therapy client you'll know to expect that! Chloe will reduce the pressure if you find it too much, but personally, I'd rather get the knots out first time round! I've been a few times and will be going back soon to get rid of all my knots!
