I recently had my 5th massage with Amy in as many months From my first visit, Amy expertly diagnosed my specific issues and has gradually adjusted her techniques Each session builds on the last, helping to relieve soreness and improve my flexibility, while also providing mobility & stretching exercises to incorporate into my own routine Amy’s clearly-experienced approach combines relaxation & recovery, making a noticeable difference in my own exercise/training performance & general day-to-day comfort & functionality Professional, Personable & Positive I can’t recommend Amy highly enough!

Rico was really knowledgeable and passionate to diagnose the issue I had with my back and work on a plan to resolve it. I feel a huge difference in my back after the treatment, and will be returning for routine massages to supplement my training in Jiu-Jitsu & running.

Absolutely amazing sports massage of Michael . Ive been in so much pain an now feeling like a weight been lifted off my shoulders he gone to detail on everything that was wrong in diffrent parts of my body an worked on making it better. Not only has he done my sports massage hes gaven me physio I need to work on at home . An will be keep an eye on my progress. 100 percent I would recommend him to everyone. First time ever getting done which rightly so would feel a bit self conscious but Rachael made me feel right at ease. Constantly reassuring throughout the treatment and asked if wanted mini breaks throughout and generally cared about my wellbeing. Respected my privacy when other customers were in and I felt comfortable and safe. Rachael went above and beyond for such a personal treatment. Thank you Rachael again xxxx

Mike is an experienced Sports Massage therapist and very knowledgeable. He provided excellent massage therapy and explained what he was doing and why throughout. He was professional and friendly and I highly recommend him.

Highly recommend Rico and the sports massage service! Super professional and knowledgable & reasonably priced. Had a lot of tightness from training and will be keeping this practice up to help with my health and recovery!
