The salon is very welcoming, your coat etc is taken, a choice of drinks offered, presented nicely with a treat too. Great experience, the head massage is wonderful.

Can highly recommend Helen I would not trust anyone else to cut and colour my hair, the new location is great and the welcome and treatments are always 100%. Although I live 250 miles away I still plan my 3 monthly visits to Lowestoft to coincide with my hair needs x

I had a wonderful experience today at The Collective Hair Salon. I felt welcomed. I had a lovely relaxing hair wash, cut, blow dry and curl. plus friendly conversation. I have already booked my next appointment. 100% recommend.
