I had a wonderful experience with Lee today. I had a blowdry and curls which were done skilfully to last as my hair often falls after being blow-dried. I also have a beautiful daughter who is almost one and was not only kindly accommodated but also included and made feel comfortable the whole time. Thank you so much for your caring service and for making a busy mum feel gorgeous for date night, Lee, Ivy and the team.

This is my second visit to Universo Hair - Santina and Phoebe are always very welcoming and accommodating. Santina is very friendly and I am really pleased with my wash, haircut and blow wave. This is a beautifully presented salon and I especially loved the extremely comfy chairs that you can lean back on to get your hair washed and massaged in. Thankyou and see you next time!

Ivy looked after both my daughter and me today, and she was absolutely wonderful. She’s gentle, attentive, and really takes the time to listen to what you want. We both left with beautiful hair and felt so well looked after. Ivy has such a warm, friendly nature that makes the whole appointment enjoyable. She’s incredibly talented, and it’s been lovely watching her confidence grow. I can’t recommend her highly enough and will definitely keep booking with her!

I had a wash and blow dry by Ivy, and she did such a wonderful job. She was incredibly gentle and thorough, making the whole experience feel relaxing from start to finish. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, paid great attention to detail, and made easy, friendly conversation. I walked out with my hair feeling soft, healthy, and beautifully styled. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job, and that shows in her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Ivy again and look forward to seeing her continue to grow in her career. She’s going to make a fantastic hairdresser.

Lee is always fabulous, absolutely the best hairdresser I have ever been to. I went in today feeling like doing something a little different with my permed hair (which she also permed amazingly on a previous visit) and have walked out with a funky new shoulder length cut that I am in love with. It was absolutely amazing. I’ve had a lot of blow waves in my time. This is one of the best!!! I have very thick long hair - she made it so smooth and no frizz! A very competent young Hairdresser and not to mention her friendliness. She was an absolute delight - so much so, that I’ve moved my next appointment so I can see her again!

By far the best hairdresser you’ll find. Lee and her team are true experts, I’ve never been happier with my hair. Lee’s technical knowledge relating to all aspects of hair care is second to none. For me, she has coloured, cut and even permed my hair all at various times over the years, and always helps me figure out what will look the best and be the most fun. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Santina is an outstanding hairdresser and experiened in all aspects of hair styling including color and perms. She is also extremely detailed and meticulous with her preparation and the end result is always fabulous!

I was a first time Customer and came away happy. Jasmine coloured, cut and blow waved my hair. The colour was done beautifully, rich and glossy. It’s a natural product they use on your hair, so it doesn’t smell of chemicals which really pleased me. Jasmine was very attentive at making sure my haircut was done well. Friendly service and clean and bright environment. I would recommend this salon.
