Siân was so knowledgeable and welcoming, making my first ever Deep Phyto Peel a breeze! - yes, I went all in! She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The heated bed was an unexpected treat—I think I even dozed off a few times! The space was spotless, beautifully scented, and wonderfully cosy against the miserable London weather. I’m excited to see my results and start using my new products. I’ve already booked my follow-up Bespoke Facial. Highly recommend—Siân is amazing

Such a fabulous experience! I had a facial which lasted for 90 minutes, this included a detailed consultation, a relaxing massage, a deep cleanse and a chemical peel, followed by a calming mask and micro needling to target some of my acne scarring. I felt completely relaxed the whole time, really informed and knew I was in the hands of a professional. I received really in depth aftercare advice as well as some samples. My skin has been glowing ever since and i recommend this service 100%! Thanks so much and see you in six weeks.

Alice was extremely good. I think she is the best beautician I have ever met here in London for hair removal. She was very gentle and understood very well my concerns (c-section scar). Thank you Alice, I will certainly come back to see you again :-)

Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Another lovely visit to my fave London clinic, this time to have my first ever skin peel. It was a lovely treatment, no discomfort whatsoever. Dr Katharine explained everything that she was doing along the way and I left feeling like I had a relaxing Facial! After just one treatment (and immediately after!) my skin feels smooth and clean, looks soo much brighter and my pores minimised! #glowing thank you!!!!

Anita is absolutely fantastic. She is so kind and knowledgeable, especially since this was my first peel! I had some sensitivity (as expected) and she ensured I had enough moisturiser and gave me a soothing face mask to take away. I tried the Korean Blue Peel, and let me tell you.. it’s been a game changer for my oil control and acne. I’ve been going through a tough time lately, dealing with stress and persistent acne despite being in my mid-20s. I was initially skeptical about the Blue Peel since I’ve tried so many peels in the past with little improvement, especially for my oily skin. But this one is different! After just two sessions, I’ve noticed my acne is more manageable and significantly reduced now. I plan to continue with monthly sessions because the results have been so encouraging. I really enjoyed the treatment. I was looking for something similar in London for a long time. My scalp feels great and it also felt really relaxing, with eye mask, gentle head massage and exfoliation. I really recomment it to anyone.

I booked 40% glycolic peel. Nice and quick lunchtime procedure, very good routine and price is reasonable. Skin visibly refreshed and radiant.

Dani was great with the Swedish massage and my first time full back waxing. Brilliant pressure throughout the massage and just made me feel very comfortable. Definitely coming again for the deep tissue massage with aromatherapy as recommended. Timandra finished off with a good manicure and pedicure. Absolutely best Therapist in London (and beyond!). I cannot recommend Shereece highly enough- I first started re-booking as I was not only pleased with the results of her treatments (waxing, lashes, brows and facials) but her manner and cleanliness impeccable. 5 stars I travel as Shereece is the best. Remarkable PMU and superior treatments.

I had my third Algae Peel today with Adeline. The experience as always was relaxing and healing.
