I had a menopause massage with Rachel and this was a first for me. It was very relaxing and they use essential oils and different pressure points to help alleviate the symptoms that come with menopause. Going to Urban Retreat is always a lovely experience and it’s a beautiful set up and the staff are all so lovely. Thank you for looking after me 🥰xx

Great place to get some pampering for yourself. Whilst Sandra is a warm, friendly individual who puts you at ease, she is also very professional and good at advising what treatments best suit your needs. I would highly recommend Fresha.
