I had an amazing experience with Tony at MiniLuv Nail Salon! 💅✨ He’s incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and takes the time to make sure every nail is perfect. I had such an amazing experience at Sparkle Nail Salon in West Loop! I came in for a gel manicure and spa pedicure, and everything was perfect — clean tools, relaxing environment, and super professional technicians. They even offer eyebrow waxing, which was a great surprise! Karina Ponomarenko is the absolute BEST!!! I recently moved to Chicago and was nervous to try someone new, but I have had the most amazing experience. Karina is so kind, flexible with scheduling, and easy to reach out to. I DM her on Instagram and the appointment is booked within minutes. Her new salon is beautiful with a great location, as well. I definitely recommend Karina and will continue going back to her for all my hair needs :)

Erika gives the best pedicure in Chicagoland. Period. Not only is she masterfully skilled in her craft but also a beautiful person and so easy to talk to. I always look forward to my appointments with her. The spa is warm and inviting with an elegant touch in decorating. They do a great job. The pedicure is the best anywhere. However, I have an issue with the fresha gift card process. I use the website to book the reservation for the spa pedicure. It said the gift card was supplied. Then when I went to pay, it took over 10 minutes for that to pop up. It should be automatic.
