Excellent service as always. Nothing is never too much for Charlotte to do what ever the client asks for. I had pedicure manicure and eyelash tint very professional and lovely clean salon. I always go back as no1 salon. Keep up The great work Charlotte. X

I came across Lou’s nails just looking for a new lance to go and I am soooo pleased I came across her! She has done such a fab job looking after my nails and they have never been stronger or longer! Love going back for a new set and seeing what she’s been up to since my last visit! All round great experience and couldn’t recommend enough!

I have gone back a few times now and a repeat customer for life. I have nail challenges from medications yet Lu listened and has got my nails to last and grow as well as look fabulous with the best art!!!!! I cannot recommend enough.

Never liked the idea of a French tip on my toes but I went to Lu before my holiday to try it out (said I needed to figure out if I liked it on me or if I would go back to white all over before my holiday). Now I’m a changed woman and will honestly get my lil toes out at any occasion! Can’t wait for my third set of frenchies in another month’s time 💘
