What a lovely experience. The room was cozy and inviting and Jayne explained everything she was doing. It was my first manicure in a number of years and I was impressed with how much had changed for the better. Thanks Jayne, I shall be returning!

Such a wonderfully warm and welcoming environment. Together with the skill and expertise from Jayne, you couldn’t wish for a more relaxing and professional experience. Having a nail technician who is a perfectionist means the end results are amazing! I am beyond happy with my holiday nails. I can’t wait to return!

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Jayne listened to my wishes and advised what was the best service to meet my needs. She was professional throughout the appointment. The atmosphere was calming and homely which was most welcome. It’s always a pleasure to be in Jayne’s company. From start to finish my experience at the Snug Room was wonderful! Jayne was warm, welcoming and made me feel relaxed and at ease straight away- with the added personalised touch of my favourite hot drink waiting for me on arrival. I had both my toes and nails done, throughout both treatments Jayne explained each step and gave me advice on how to strengthen and look after my nails. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product, I honestly have never left a salon feeling so pleased with the results…. I especially like the cuticle care given at the start! Can’t wait to return to the Snug Room!
