First time visiting Katelyn and it definitely won’t be the last! I had the January Detox package and a pedicure. I felt like the weight of the world had literally been lifted off my shoulders after my back massage. Booked in for a facial and pedicure as a birthday treat - my first visit to the Brookside. I was greeted warmly and shown to a seat. I was then led into a lovely quiet room where I enjoyed an indulgent facial treatment carried out by Lydia. I think I lost count of the various lotions and potions lavishly slathered onto my face, what a treat! I could've happily fallen asleep but it was time for my pedicure with Beth. My feet were pampered, preened and buffed while I sat in comfort. My nails were polished and painted and I left feeling great! Lovely place, lovely professional staff, 5 stars!
