Chelbi made me daughter feel very grown up and special as always. Im very envious of my daughters brows. I’ve used no 37 since they’ve opened & il go nowhere else. It’s a ray of hope in a dark storm & a wonderfully relaxing, therapeutic atmosphere & stunning surroundings that match any top spa I’ve been to.
