I had a wonderful experience with my lymphatic drainage massage. The lady performing the massage was incredibly gentle and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. Her calming presence and skilled touch helped me relax deeply. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and well cared for. Highly recommend.

What a welcoming and friendly environment! Vicki made me feel at ease from the start in what can be an uncomfortable situation when having a lymphatic drainage massage. She also made sure I was aware on how to get the best results from my treatment. After my first session I booked onto a package to make sure I keep returning. Just the place a small community like ours needs. Thank you R&R!

I've had an amazing day at R&R Wellness. You know when you've had a great massage when you sleep for a couple of hours when you get home. The day itself was nicely spaced out in a chilled environment and the team were amazing. The food was lovely and there were plenty of liquid refreshments available throughout the day. Would definitely recommend them, can't wait to go again.

This place is never nothing but welcoming and such a comfortable place to visit. Some salons don’t always make you feel like that but every single person who works there whether you visit them or someone else is so friendly. It is clean and always professional for all treatments. This place has really made me feel good about myself with the advice and treatments I have had for my upcoming wedding 😊 Big thank you to Amber who has done almost all of my treatments and is just such a lovely and down to earth person who really knows her stuff and has helped me to look after my skin a lot better!

Second time here. Again with Emma and let me tell you she is Great. She listen to my needs and work her hands where needed the most pressure. At the end I could fell some improvements and today OMG I feel like new and a could walk more than 30minutes with no problems 🫶🏻 Emma thank you very much you are AMAZING and I’ll be back.
