I had the most amazing chilled out, relaxing time getting my nails done. So much choice and nothing was a bother, I was able to have different gradients and a bit of sparkle. I’m over the moon with the results. Can’t wait to return 😃

Today I tried the new hydra facial and once again was not disappointed. From walking through the front door to the wonderful calming aroma to the gorgeous relaxing treatment room with heated bed, which on a cold autumnal day was simply bliss to then the amazing facial by Louise. As always at Prism Beauty you are greeted by the lovely Louise & made to feel like your the most important person ever. The aroma from stepping foot through the front door is simply Devine. As always, Louise was absolutely amazing. A gorgeous pedicure and gels on my toes - I'm finally in my sandal era 🤣 I'm missing one big toe nail, which is quite depressing, but Louise had a great solution to stick on a fake one. My feet look fab and I feel so confident to wear any shoes, especially around the pool. Thanks Louise xx

Always a lovely relaxing experience visiting Louise for any one of her treatments. This time I visited for my nails again. I always get fabulous comments on my nails from all sorts of people and these Wicked theme ones will be no exception. I always know with Louise if I come to her with a theme in mind for my nails she always finds a way to achieve it in spectacular sparkly ways. Louise is lovely friendly and so caring and fabulous. Thank you!

As always, brilliant service, advice & treatment. I am not the easiest of customers, often throwing spanner’s in the works (not intentionally!) but Louise always has a solution & is willing to try alternative treatments to ensure I get the best results. Her efforts are greatly appreciated. Not to mention the laughter, there’s always something to laugh about. I'm guaranteed to leave the salon feeling more relaxed & less stressed … until I get home 😂.

Had a wonderful day with Louise, booked the Spa-rty for my mum & me but with full facials & massages to make it really special as it was a gift. As always Louise was so lovely & really made it feel like a truly special experience, she always goes out of her way to make sure you have the best treatments and we left feeling top to toe pampered with glowing skin & relaxed bodies!

I can't rate Louise highly enough, her facials are the best I've ever had & her massages have completely sorted my back out after 2 years of living on painkillers daily, I'm now painkillers free! She's a real life beauty angel 😇 sent down to make you feel as sparkly & lovely as she is, not only is she brilliant at what she does she's a lovely person too!! Guarantee you'll leave every appointment with her feeling amazing! Can't wait for my next appointment!
