The lovely Lydiah was extremely helpful. I was undecided on a colour and she picked one which I absolutely love!! She was very professional and an asset to the Spa. I will hopefully 🤞 be booking with her again as she made me feel relaxed and welcome.

I booked in for the Autumn glow facial and the back, shoulder and neck massage ahead of my wedding and I am so glad I did! Loft Spa is so relaxed and dreamy and both Holly and Chloe who did my treatments were brilliant. Can't wait to go back!

Treated myself to the espa salt and oil scrub. This really got rid of my dead skin cells and my skin is glowing, followed by a gel pedicure, now ready to face the world again. Highly trained staff who always welcome you warmly.

Visited the Secret Spa for a full body massage with Jack . An absolutely amazing experience. A very warm welcome, friendly and made me feel a valued client. The massage was fantastic!! I am a student nurse and I work as a home carer at weekend and I am constantly on my feet and in and out of the car. I struggle with arthritis in my ankle and pain in my shoulder back and hip. I can honestly say that the massage has helped my aches and pains already. I feel brand new and I will definitely be booking again in a few weeks time!! Thank you so very very much for a wonderful experience!!

Had a wonderful first time visit to Loft Beauty and was treated my Holly to a luxury pedicure then Land of Maybe treatment. To say I floated out would be an understatement. From the welcome to the final touch of a lovely brew and slice of cake, it was a completely wonderful experience. Holly was very knowledgeable and listened to my likes and dislikes and tailor made the treatment to be exactly what I needed. I'm delighted with the ongoing benefits from the session and will be booking in again soon. hidden gem and friendly, warm space full of positive energy. 10 out of 10.

Such a lovely new salon. Sarah has done my treatments (nails, brows and massage) for the past 4 years, always provides such professional and high quality treatments, my nails never look anything than perfect! Gorgeous salon space and a very experienced beauty therapist ❤️

Jen is amazing. I feel blessed to have found a beautician that advises me with treatments and self helps at home due to my lack of knowledge. Im useless when it comes to treatments but Jen will always talk me through any treatments thoroughly. Even when I suggested a monobrow treatment Jen kindly looked at me and said I think you mean nanobrow haha. I would 💯 % recommend Jen especially if you lack knowledge and want to feel comfortable to ask any question. Perfect 👌

Loved having my nails re done to day with Sarah . The old gel lasted 5 weeks & came off real easy. Love the colour choice however I decided to go for the Champaign again to keep the sparkle for Christmas.

I had the mini spa treatment with Gemma. This is the second time and I will most definitely coming for a 3rd. Having back to back treatments whilst you are totally relaxed for over 2 hours is the way to go. Gemma is brilliant and listens to what you need. I have never been more relaxed ever! Wonderful.
