Had a wonderful couple’s massage! My husband had a deep tissue — the therapist was attentive and worked around his Achilles injury with great care. I had the Thai massage, which was authentic, invigorating, and really worked out my knots. My therapist was so sweet, checking on me often even though her English was limited. The spa is clean, easy to get to in King’s Cross, and they served us lovely Thai tea afterwards. Highly recommend — can’t wait to come back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a 60-minute deep tissue massage at Balance Massage and Wellness Fitzrovia and it was excellent. The space is calm and welcoming, and Agata was amazing from start to finish. She listened carefully, worked expertly on problem areas, and applied the perfect pressure. I felt great during the massage and even better afterwards relaxed, lighter, and far less tense. The benefits lasted well beyond the session. Highly recommend Agata and will definitely return.

Genuinely the best massage I’ve ever had!! The space is a delight, the products are luxurious and feel amazing on your skin. Charlotte gives the warmest welcome, she knows the products you need before you do. Alex gives the most serene and soul nourishing treatments, I went in exhausted and burnt out, I left feeling restored and rested. I will be back soon!!! In the meantime, if you can go, you definitely should go!!

I gifted my best friend the Happy Equilibrium experience with Catarina as part of her bridal shower — a little treat to help ease the pre-wedding jitters — and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment you step into the shop, you feel like you’re entering a truly special space. While my friend was with Catarina, I was warmly welcomed and hosted by Charlotte, who was just lovely and made the experience even more enjoyable. I am a very discerning client and am rarely completely satisfied with services, but for several years I have been visiting this Ayanna spa regularly because true professionals work there. it is a real oasis of calm and tranquility amid the noisy city. The salon is constantly evolving, keeping up with the latest trends and offering new programs. We had the couple’s massage workshop with Alexandra. I couldn’t recommend it more! She was a great masseuse and a very good teacher - encouraging and good at correcting technique. She taught me how to massage my partner for an hour, and then we switched places for the second hour. The studio was a relaxing and clean space. Great experience

The treatments and the sauna were excellent but the rest area was a bit like a furniture store room.
