Lucy was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly to me, accommodating to my hearing loss. The head spa was a dream and the facial has done wonders for my skin! I’ve never seen my rosacea so calm! I’ll be recommending Lucy to everyone who will listen!

The Japanese Hair Spa was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable moments I have ever spent in a hair salon. Samy created an environment that left me feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. My hair and scalp now feels nourished and healthy. I would highly recommend this service and left the salon feeling like I had been on holiday. What a beautiful experience.with lasting effects on my hair and stress levels.

My skin was so dry today, I really felt it was dehydrated & I looked very wrinkly around my eyes and mouth. My hydrafacial with microneedling has restored my complexion to plump and glowing and my soul has been soothed after a stressful day. Hollie is such a positive vibe, I love my treatments with her. I had the most amazing HydraFacial with Gemma! She was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and made the whole experience so relaxing. My skin felt instantly refreshed, hydrated, and had a noticeable glow afterward. Gemma took the time to explain each step and tailored the treatment perfectly to my skin’s needs. Highly recommend booking with her if you’re looking to treat your skin and unwind at the same time!

I had the Japanese head spa and honestly .. wow. It was the most relaxing and calming experience. From the moment it started, I felt all the stress just melt away. Gentle, soothing and so effective. It honestly felt like a hug to my soul ! You can really tell Samy got a gift for this not just skill, but genuine care in every movement. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and completely reset. I truly believe everyone needs to try this at least once in their life. But be warned-once you try it , you’ll probably want to go back every month. :) Highly, highly recommend 💆‍♀️✨

Hollie makes you feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as you see her. She made me feel at complete ease and in a safe space. She talked me through my treatments and how to get the best benefits. She is full of knowledge and I highly recommend her.

✨ Just had the Lemon Bottle fat dissolving treatment with Holly and WOW! She’s amazing — so knowledgeable, caring, and made me feel totally at ease. 💛 Highly recommend Holly if you’re thinking about trying it!

I had the Headspa with the addition of the scalp concerns package. It was reassuring to see that my hair is (slowly) coming back after bad postpartum hair loss. Carley showed me a close up image of my scalp and explained my treatment. The actual headspa itself was excellent. It was so extensive that every time I thought it was coming to an end, there would different round of treatment would start!

The head spa was an amazing experience and exactly what I needed. The advice given on how to look after my scalp and products to use was so valuable and my concerns on hair loss were addressed. I would definitely book this treatment again.

An extremely relaxing treatment . Carley was so lovely and welcoming. The room was calm & comfortable. Carley explained everything at the beginning so you just relaxed & completely zoned out once the head spa started. The scalp analysis was so interesting & ensured the correct products were used on the hair & scalp. I felt like my whole body had been treated due to the different techniques used. My head & scalp felt rejuvenated, my hair looked so healthy & shiny. I left feeling like a helium balloon - totally chilled & that any stresses had been washed away. Thoroughly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
