We chose the besties package which worked perfectly as a birthday gift/ couple head spa too! We found the service to be very informative, very calming and beyond relaxing ! Was nervous at first as never had any kind of service close to this before. But would definitely recommend. Also appreciated, that I didn’t have to talk if wasn’t feeling up to it. I’m not super confident so was nice to relax in silence…. But knew if wanted to ask any questions I could. Would give 6 stars if could ! Head never felt so relaxed and shiny woo! Thanks so much! A&P

Decided to book a spontaneous last minute massage and I’m so glad I did. Shabana was an amazing therapist. She knew exactly what I needed. It was lovely to meet Shabana again. Shabana makes you so welcome and creates a quiet, calm or chatty experience, as befits the needs of her client. I had a luxury pedicure and hand treatment which left my skin feeling silky and walking on air. I chose the treatments as my finger joints have arthritis and MS which affects the sensation and comfort in my feet. What a lovely experience which I am happy to repeat 😊

Ellie was lovely, thankfully she was as chatty as me so felt right at ease. Very relaxing, almost dozed off a couple times. The head spa is one experience you need to have! Would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone! Also the facial… my gosh! My skin is like a babies bottom, I can’t thank Ellie enough!!

Shabana is such a lovely & professional holistic therapist who really cares & prioritises your wellness while making you feel relaxed and your absolute best. I highly recommend the 2 hour self care package where you choose a massage & a facial. You’re in good hands with Shabana and I will absolutely be back! My body, neck, head and face massage was amazing this Sunday afternoon with Shabana. The spa room was warm and has a beautiful interior. I have never had a warm towel wrapped around my neck before for a head massage this was very comforting and so relaxing. Shabana also incorporated some breathing and mindfulness during my treatments, my whole experience today was truly amazing. Cant wait for my next appointment with Shabana. LA Jackson

This was my 1st visit to Lumiere, my friend and I both opted for the pamper package of 3x20min treatments. The place inside is clean and inviting and the girls were very friendly and answered any questions we had. The treatments we received were lovely and relaxing and prices are good.The ambiance in the room I had my treatments in was great, and the room was a nice temperature. Would definitely use Lumiere again and would recommend it to anyone thinking of going for a massage or facial. They offer lots of other beauty treatments and aesthetics but I can't comment on these as not had any.

My partner surprised me with a back massage after I recently had a baby, and Shabana not only played a part in the surprise but immediately recognised how exhausted and in need of some self-care I was. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the most relaxing experience, even adding in some thoughtful little extras that made it feel truly special. Shabana is so selfless and clearly does this work from the heart — not just as a business, but as a way to help those who are struggling. She is absolutely amazing, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer!
