First time visiting Luca beauty today. I had a 1 hr 50 mins treatment and Caitlin put me at ease from the start. My treatments were amazing and the atmosphere was just perfect so I left feeling super relaxed. A great service , great prices and perfect treat for yourself or someone else! Definitely be back!x

My visit to Margaret’s today consisted of 3 treatments.. Reflexology, full body massage and a facial, I had 2 hours of full relaxation, Margaret makes you feel so comfortable and I would highly recommend.

Lauren’s head spa treatment is amazing! She made me comfortable from the start to finish and is clearly experienced. She even towel dried my curly hair so I didn’t leave going into the cold with wet hair. She genuinely wants you to have the best experience and will tailor the treatment to your needs. The only part I didn’t find relaxing was the nail tech working downstairs who spoke in a wildly loud voice to her client the entire time, mainly about her night out on Saturday. She maybe needs to keep it down a bit in consideration for other therapists in the salon.

Fantastic treatment with Paula this afternoon...I'm in the middle of a package helping my skin with a series of facials. Great treatments with Paul's knowledge on skin I receive great advice for my aftercare. Very impressed with the changes in my skin and looks forward to every visit .. I highly recommend the one lounge for any treatment... Very professional and personable girls 🙂

As always, Lauren is extremely thorough and delicate with the skin. She walks you through step by step process and plans for future skin treatments. My skin is significantly better after every visit! Would highly recommend

Lorna as always was fantastic. I was never previously committed to a hairdresser, but after finding Lorna I've stuck with her for years now and couldn't go anywhere else. Talented hairdresser in a wonderfully friendly salon, I wouldn't go anywhere else now for any of my treatments. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience, took my mum for a deep conditioning treatment and blue dry because she was feeling unhappy with her hair a recent cut & colour elsewhere. The staff helped her get her sparkle back 🌟 they recommended a toner and got her colour how she wanted it in the first place and recommend a shampoo to keep it looking lovely. They spent time explaining to her what was achievable and what wasn't while her hair grows out. It was great to see her so happy afterwards. Not to mention my hair felt great after a conditioning treatment too. Nicole was amazing 🤩

I’ve known Margaret for a long time. First woman to wax my eyebrows when I was twelve years old when visiting her with my mum. I trust her implicitly with every treatment she offers and she is amazing at what she does. Margaret’s full body aromatherapy massage was just the relaxation I needed and I will try my best to make this a more regular treatment for myself. Safe, comfortable space and in very good hands. Have been sending Arnold to Nicola for years now. He's 8!!! Best cut. Girls are super friendly. Spa treatments are great and very well priced. Everything from paw balming to blueberry facials!!!

The paper package with a choice of 3 treatments is amazing value. I've had treatments from 3 different members of staff now & they are all fantastic. Highly recommend this place x

Im generally worried about doing treatments, but Georgia puts me at ease. I should go more often but its a guy thing I need to get over and look after myself a little better. Thanks guys.

My husband and I had microneedling, dermaplaning, and a few extra treatments with Lauren, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, Lauren made us feel so comfortable and at ease. She explained everything clearly, checked in with us throughout, and was so gentle and professional. The whole experience felt relaxing and personalized. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and excited about our results.
