Absolutely 5 stars! I had a half leg & bikini wax with Sammie and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through the process, answering all my questions with confidence and care. Sammie is also so friendly and easy to chat with, which made the appointment fly by. The wax itself was much less painful than I anticipated, and the results were super smooth. I’ll definitely be returning—highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and pleasant waxing experience!

I went to Lisa for microneedling. I'd never had it done before and didn't know what to expect. Lisa was lovely, explained the procedure and put me at ease. I only had it done last night and I can already see results.

I met Sam through football. I had mentioned my menopausal skin while having a mini meltdown. She recommended some products. I booked a husk and seed hydrating facial. Not only was it the best facial I have ever had but my skin instantly felt silky smooth. I can’t thank Sammie enough for giving me so much advice and genuinely caring about me. I have bought the products ( not through Sam ) she just tells you what is best for you so no hard sell just a genuine passion. I am really excited for my skin. Frist impressions when you walk in to the bespoke built therapy space are of calmness, cosiness and serenity. Lisa instantly makes you feel at ease; she is kind, friendly and professional. I had the bruccal facial because I have TMJ and have suffered lock jaw a couple of times. This was completely new to me but it was a wonderful experience. Lisa explained everything and talked me through each technique prior to carrying it out. I have learned techniques to relieve jaw/joint pressure which I can do myself each. It was also a very relaxing experience too.

Needed my lashes infilled badly and Lisa made space for me last minute. So grateful now I have lovely lashes for my holiday.

Just had an appointment with Sammi for a gel manicure and pedicure before my hols. I had a simple french manicure polish with a layer of shimmer to jazz it up a bit. I have to say, it is the nicest french polish I have ever had- she is an absolute perfectionist. My nails look amazing. Thank you Sammi x
