I had an amazing experience at Shangri-la spa - the massage was so relaxing, it was better than a sloth nap! The customer service team was also very helpful, although my initial appointment got canceled the day before. Fortunately, I had to settle for a 45-minute back walking and body massage instead of the luxurious 90 minutes of tabel shower that I had initially planned. Despite this setback, I'm delighted to say that Shangri-la Wellness & Massage Spa has won me over as a satisfied customer!

Friends, let me tell you about a magical place called Shangri-La Spa in Richmond Hill. As a Toronto resident, finding a decent massage can be as elusive as spotting a unicorn. But fear not, my fellow muscles in distress - my masseuses Tina here to save the day! Not only is she a skilled massage therapist, but she's also friendly and wise. Thanks to her magic hands, my back has finally found some relief. Put down the painkillers and book a session with Shangri-La ASAP. Highly, highly recommended.

Michelle was by far the best masseuse I've been to and I consider myself a massage afficionado! Her techniques and effort were amazing and I definitely felt results for days to come. I decided to play the hero and surprise my significant other with a great Aisan massage...from the other side of the country. Thanks to Shangri-la spa, I was able to schedule and pay for the massage with ease! Sure, the massage therapist hit a few snags, but hey, no plan is perfect. I'll definitely be using Shangri-la Wellness Spa again for all my remote gift-giving needs.

I'm seriously addicted to Shangri-la spa! This is my third visit in just one month. The combo of the table shower and body massage is to die for! And my masseuse, Sarah, is an absolute queen. She's so attentive and thoughtful. Plus, the free body and scalp rubs are seriously the cherry on top. Can't wait for my next appointment - already booked!

Okay, Shangri-la spa just rocked my world! I swear they have some sort of secrecy massage skills that erases all your worries in seconds. Plus, they lather you up with oils and give you a full-body massage that's so freaking good it'll make you forget your own name. Honestly, my body feels like a shiny new toy after visiting these miracle masseuses. They have a Zen-like vibe that'll calm even the craziest of minds and their skills are so on point that they turned my knots into putty. I'm never going anywhere else again, folks. Shangri-la Spa is the real deal.

Holy moly, these massageuses at Shangri-la are nicer than a puppy with a wagging tail! Not only did they give me top-notch massage service, but they also obliterated the neck and shoulder tension I had from studying my brains out for exams. I'm already planning my next visit before I even leave!

Michelle is great and super professional! Her shop was clean, calming, and professionally set up, which immediately created a relaxing atmosphere. Michelle took the time to ask about any areas of tension or discomfort and tailored the session to my specific needs.

It was good. At first it was alittle unnerving. Didn't seem organized, was interrupted at the beginning of my experience but was able to relax. Thankful that the lady doing my head massage made me relax.

Such a great experience! I took my mom for the weekday special package for a relaxing massage and it was so good! I wish they massaged the back and the front though. But the service was still great!
