I don't know what Ana does but she's really good at it. I went into the room feeling like a plank of wood and came out an elastic band. Even the soles of my feet felt renewed. She really knows what she's doing. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Étienne. He took the time to thoroughly explain his treatment approach, which immediately put me at ease. What really stood out was his introduction to breath work, something I hadn’t experienced before or considered doing. He explained its value and effectiveness alongside other treatments, in a way that made total sense, and I was surprised by how impactful it was after our session ended. I left feeling better, more informed, and with tools I can actually use moving forward. Highly recommend!!

Loved it, Emily is the best !

Thanks to Will for being incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me as I was new to Osteopathy. I went in for an hour-long massage and left feeling amazing and full of energy despite having a lot of knots. Will also took the time to walk me through some techniques to help with my back and heel issues. I would 100% recommend him—don’t hesitate to book!
