Ruby was lovely, good consultation prior to treatment and she suggested alternative treatments that would better suit my desired outcome. She checked I was ok throughout the treatment. Very kind and gentle throughout. Thankyou

My first time at Alter Ego and I left very happy! Liz was so careful in checking if my sensitive scalp could tolerate the products she used and I left with a hair cut that felt like me and works well with my glasses and fine wavy hair.

Ruby was absolutely lovely and understood exactly what I wanted and achieved amazing results, pictures on her instagram speak for themself. Have already recommended to my friend who was thinking of having lip enhancement. Will be returning. Thank you Ruby xxxx
