Sonia is very professional and friendly at the same time. Explains the process or procedure and ensures you are comfortable with everything. Great service and treatment all round. I had laser treatments to kill off black facial hairs.

Brooklyn is bloody lovely! I just had the basic facial today and absolutely loved it. She always makes the experience so relaxing — the heated blanket was on and was all warm and cosy, and the treatment was amazing as always, my skin is glowing.

I was really sceptical about getting laser hair removal and didn't know if it would actually work. Been for my 4th session and honestly the results are amazing! The best experience and the friendliest person. Maddison made me feel really welcomed and always checked how i wanted my hair, she catered to all my needs and explained how she was doing my hair. I was having problems with my extensions, she took the time to fix this and was extremely attentive. I would highly recommend the hair pod!!

My hair is always the way I want it with plenty of consultation prior and during the appointment. This is without doubt my best hairdresser to date. I’m an extremely happy customer 😊
