My nails were done with complete precision and that is a satisfactory service I was looking for. It was my first time visiting and I remember having to tick it off on a form when booking- so they were well aware it was my first time there. I expected more from the moment I walked in. I wasn’t welcomed or introduced to the salon and offered a drinks menu. I didn’t even know there was a menu until a girl next to me ordered something off of it. I would have like to order something nicer but I didn’t realize I could. Other than that I’m happy with the service.

Today was my 1st time at the pink room, and what an amazing experience. Faith did my Mani and Pedi. She is absolutely wonderful, she is so friendly and so well mannered. My nails were done perfectly and she was so meticulous from start to finish.. Thank you Faith, you are an absolute star..

1st time visiting the pink room. From the entrance the place overall is stunning. Basically an all I can do one stop shop beauty palour. I got a mani, pedi and my lashes done. Lorraine and Perfect did my French pedicure and it was amazing and the shaping of my nails were done just how I wanted. Will Def be booking with Lorraine again.

I had my nails done on Tuesday, but had to go back the next day as I was not completely happy. But they were extremely accommodating and now I am very happy. Highly recommend them, the ladies are efficient and friendly.
