I must say, the experience was truly impressive from start to finish. The salon itself was clean, well-organized, and had a calming atmosphere that immediately made me feel at ease. The technicians were friendly, professional, and very skilled. She understand the shape and length I preferred for my extensions and worked with precision throughout the entire process. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the quality of the service. I will definitely be returning for my next set!!!

Aida isn’t just good at nails — she’s a full-blown nail genius. I’m convinced her hands are blessed or something, because every set she does is absolute perfection. I don’t trust anyone else, and honestly, why would I? Once you’ve had your nails done by Aida, everyone else just looks like they’re playing around. I get my nails done with Medina (manicure, pedicure, and gel) and recently had my hair (roots and haircut) done with Iness. Both of them are FABULOUS! Great experience and very professional work. The salon is also very nice and clean, and the customer service is simply stellar.

The receptionist Natasha is lovely and always makes sure you’re looked after. I’ve had my lashes done in places in Doha before, but never as good as Leila’s. I’ve made a couple of friends start coming to LUX and all of them have thanked me for it! I originally came because of their discount programme via Abraj Bay, and I’m glad I did. Highly recommend!

I’m really happy with my visit! The place has a great vibe, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. My toenails are a bit hard to work with, but they took care of them without any pain or issues. The customer service felt top-notch, like real luxury. I highly recommend this place! PS - my daughter’s nail art is amazing and the spa and massage is a must try.

The hairdresser Ines is a star ❤️ She always matches my hair color and her personality is just beautiful. Highly recommend this salon to everyone, especially to the ladies with blonde hair, she is the best hairdresser in Doha.
