First time client and I'm so glad I picked here. Sophie is lovely, she explained everything she was doing at each step and my lashes look amazing. I mentioned that I'd like to do something with my brows but was afraid of where to start and Sophie offered to lightly dye them to see if I liked it. Really pleased with my experience (both lashes and brows!) and hope to be back again soon!

Sophie has been my go-to beautician since I moved to Truro from South Africa . Her waxing technique is so amazing that I get very little pain during waxing. She also makes sure no hair is left behind. I haven’t seen such a professional and friendly beautician ever.

Wow! Where do i start, booked an appointment for my mum who was having her first colour after losing her hair through chemo.Right from the start Tam was so informative, and offered pre appointment advice.mum was feeling quite anxious before the appointment, Tam was very reassuring and put mum at ease. Although she tld us she could do what mum wanted we were not expecting her hair to look as amazing as it did. Lots of happy tears. Thank you for giving mum that little bit of her old self back again 🫶
