Nothing major but I'd like to say the treatment room was very bright and some relaxing music would have been nice!

I was visiting first time to the SHAPINS Clinic. I must say the staff was very friendly and welcoming, clinic is very clean. I booked for hydro facial it was so great my skin feels so clean and youthful 😊. Dr Aruna is very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely book again for the treatment in future 😊.

Wow wow and wow!! Second visit today for another lot of bottle lemon!! Couldn't fault anything, Ange was so welcoming, honest and I felt at complete easy. I've never had any form of anything so was incredibly nervous about the whole thing. Wish I hadn't worried, because I was put at ease straight away. Ange told me about the procedure and what to expect. The result of my lemon bottle just after the first visit were outstanding and to think I was like this isn't going to work- how wrong was I.
