Great visit as usual with Amber, so kind. Do have an issue with not being able to wait inside when early for an appointment as before. I understand the difficulty with access but would appreciate a solution being found to stop the girls from having to run up and down stairs with each client ....

Attended my regular appointment with Emma today and as always I received top class treatment! She listens to exactly what I ask and enquire about and gives me the most honest and useful advice based on her fantastic clinical knowledge and experience. I always appreciate the wonderful results all staff at definition give me but I mostly appreciate the complete honesty to ensure I get the correct and best treatment for me, and they are not afraid to decline unnecessary treatments for me. Absolutely love my semi permanent lip blush by the lovely Amber. Something I’d been thinking about for a long time. Amber answered all my questions and went through the process thoroughly with me beforehand. It was nowhere near as painful as I’d expected either. Honestly recommend going to Amber if it’s something you’ve been thinking about having done. I’m so so happy with the results! 💋❤️

I had Botox with Emma for the first time and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. I was quite anxious beforehand, but she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout the appointment. I’m already starting to love the results and I’m feeling more confident each day.
